"After placing my order I tried numerous times trying to call the seller to see why the status of my order had not updated. The last time I called I wait over 15 minutes on hold before hanging up and calling back to only get a ringing phone which no one ever picked up. I also emailed, only to get an answer after complaining the second time that no one answers the phone. I finally got an update saying my item was shipped but no tracking #. I will use a different source for my next purchase! They are quick to take your money but that's about all they do quickly!"

"I entered my VIN number when ordering my part and Mopar caught a mistake in the part I was ordering. They put the shipment on hold and I called in and fixed the order with one of their customer support specialists. Although the part was about 25% more money and it took about a week to come in, all in all the overall experience with Mopar was good and the correct part was shipped. Saved me time and money to have the dealership fix it instead."
