"When I received my order, the packing slip indicated that the two antennas I ordered were in the box. However, when I checked the material in the box, there was only one antenna! I called customer service number on the packing slip and was told they would ship another antenna right away. My question is where was the quality control on the shipment to insure what was ordered was actually in the box??? If this incident is indicative of Mopar's customer service, I can do without this hassle and will find another parts dealer the next time I need to order a replacement antenna. Which brings up another point, why does the exterior antenna on my 2008 Chrysler 300C keep losing the plastic cover to the antenna. I've replaced it twice in 7 years, and I don't feel I should have had to replace it at all. There is something seriously wrong with the plastic formulation for this part that causes it to break. Mopar needs to fix this defective product and I hope their other parts are better designed and built than the antenna."

"I ordered a switch for my steering wheel that controls the volume of the radio. After I order it I notice it said it was the left side switch which, I needed the right side. I attempted calling to no avail. I then email there customer service and got a reply a day later asking for my order number. I had already listed the order number on the original email. Lost another day while trying to change the order. Never heard back from the customer service department and then got notice the part was shipped. I have the part and it will not work. After paying shipping which was half the price of the switch, to ship it back will cost the other half of the part, so shipping it back is not an option. Guess I will order another part from another place."
