The site was not clear on shipping times, I had to search to find that I was paying $35.86 for 2-10 business days. I wanted to know exactly what all that money was going towards and how fast my product would arrive since it is quite a large amount. Entering coupon codes was a complete and utter nightmare. Not a single one worked, even the ones promoted on your site! Overall it was a very frustrating experience. I would avoid purchasing from you in the future if at all possible, the stress simply isn't worth it. Bottom line is that it should not have taken me hours to purchase this part. I hope the part I receive is of good quality and lasts a long time. This would establish trust and help to change my opinion of your company."
