"Trying to replace a broken taillight on the left side...in the search type "2019 Ram 1500 Limited Left Taillight"...the website chokes for a bit and doesn't give you all of the options I need and throws in a few right taillights for **** and giggles. So, narrow down what I think I need: " Lamp. Tail. Left."....nope. There needs to be a little help for those that aren't living and breathing the product catalog. Finally found what it offered, go to check out, put in my VIN and the website says: "This may not fit your vehicle" odd, I checked every box I needed and searched for 20 minutes...and the website gave me the wrong one? Good on the website for saying "hey, check on this" so I put in my VIN in the search and then magically typed in and mentioned "Blind spot detection" and ****...only 30 minutes and checking out now and they asked for me to "Rate My Experience" well...Frustrated isn't an option, I got what I was looking for so "Somewhat satisfied" I guess will have to do. "

"Called multiple local dealerships for my taillight and can't find any that aren't spoken for already. Apparently lots of people decided, right before my inspection time, to back into something... including me! Anyway, Decided to go to the internet which led me to the MOPAR website, thankfully. I called them to double check to make sure I had the correct product # for my truck. Of course its on a back order but I was able to order my exact taillight for way less than what the dealership wanted to charge me and they wanted to add an extra $30 to get it shipped "urgently" to the dealership. Let's be honest, we all know it's going to take just as long as it will with me ordering it myself. Definitely straight to MOPAR if o have any more parts to order. "
"Most companies can usually do their jobs properly, but when things go wrong it's when you find the true nature of a company. I had ordered a plastic side skirt for my drivers seat but was instead sent a metal bracket to bolt the seat to the floor. The young lady at customer service verified that I had been sent the wrong part, sent me a label to ship it back, and had the proper part sent in a matter of a few days. Customer service is not easy on a good day without adding having to fix someone else's screw-up. When you find an employee that can do this effectively and efficiently, they need to be recognized. Thank you. For the initial order, long length of time for delivery, and sending the wrong part, I would give the company 1 star. But the lady at customer service I give her 5 stars. At the end of the day, she made a potentially bad experience into a good one. That kind of customer service needs to be recognized and praised."
