"The website visit was good, exactly what one would expect of 2022! What chapped my **** was the plastic parts on the fuel filter, both fore and aft, that are critical to the operation of the truck. Plastic to plastic when threaded is never a good idea, yet here we are. The petcock that drains water/fuel has plastic male threads that screw into plastic female threads. Removal is via an 8mm plastic 'nut' which is integral to the fitting. The **** twisted right off when I went to remove, was only to get about 1-1/2 turns which meant that it took about 10 minutes for the fuel to drain. None of the parts houses locally have the needed part (Part Number: 68436628AA) So now my truck is sitting until the part needed is delivered. Thanks to this site for having what I need."
