"I began my search with a known Part #, but when I got to check out and put in my VIN, it said the part didn't fit. So I redid my search with my VIN and it wound up selling me the same part it said didn't fit using my previous search.

"When you place an order, the confirmation, along with any other correspondence, goes to junk mail. I do not receive junk mail for at least 24 hours because it gets quarantined. Therefore, my order was cancelled over a ridiculous address issue where the billing address must be the same as the shipping address. This is an issue that I have never had with any other shipment. I noticed that I missed a call from customer service to tell me that my order was cancelled, I asked if I could replace the order over the phone. They would not even help me with that. "
