"The order was placed and verified. I called a week later and they said item was to be shipped that day. Three days later I called to get a stratus and was told that it was just shipped UPS. That makes almost two weeks for an order. Repairs don't like to wait that long. They advertise that they ship in a short matter of time. Part must not have been there and they didn't want to say that."

"I ordered 3 parts 3/4/2022 I haven’t received an update, so I called, the very curt lady at parts told they weren’t going to ship at my resident but to a po box and that my part was on back ordered and would take 2-3 weeks. After waiting a week, the lady in parts said she would be glad to cancel the order for me. I have owned 3 rams. I now have 2018 ram 2500 and an 2005 f150 because I need the f150 to pull your crap home and repair it like I did the other 2, but the engines worked perfect. Your parts group at this location is pathetic. I retired from Cummins after 25 years. I have purchased my last ram. Nice work"
