"I believe you are one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with when it comes to both shipping speed and even worse, your seemingly complete lack of any Customer Service skills, knowledge, training or even the ability to comprehend just the definition of Customer Service.


This was my second order of parts through you and it will near certain be the last. Not only do you give false expectations of your ability to ship most orders out of your possession and into the hands of the carrier, you've never even bothered to reply to any attempt I've made in reaching out to you asking for a status update or even the previous order I made through you 4 months ago trying to assure that I had ordered the correct part initially or if I needed to change my order prior to it shipping. then when I could not get you to even acknowledge my calls and emails and therefore stated i wanted the order cancelled after no responses from you and the part not even having an change in order status, you quickly created the shipping label to make it appear you had gotten into of the situation only to then allow the part to sit there for another 2 weeks before actually have a moment shipping the part. once i can attribute to a possible fluke. 2 times you can forgive except when its nevertheless bewhen its not had any change in status for 8 days now, and its only 6 little trim pieces (all 6 exact same item) and still I cannot get a even a simple reply back from you at allll,,,,,,,

but you had no issues charging my credit card 5 minutes after I placed the order more than a week ago did you?"
