"I ordered 2 cab exhausters for Ram CrewCab, lead time was 2-3 weeks so I requested cancelation of order and sourced locally. 3 weeks passed and I received notification of shipment and subsequent charges on CC. Once received, I contacted customer service for return and refund, after waiting on open phone line for over 5 minutes for what I am assuming is parts counter worker to assist me, I am finally told they'd be happy to refund my money for their mistake after I pay to ship it back and a 30% restocking fee. 2 exhausters @ 6.66 a piece and a shipping charge that I had already paid once of over $10, not likely I would pay that again. When I said as much, the customer service/parts counter hack hung up on me.
Spend your money else where is my recommendation, save yourself the aggravation. "
