"I did research on the part I needed. I entered the VIN as directed by the site. Upon submitting my order, I was directed to contact the company to confirm the part was right for my truck. Though I felt confident, I called the number to confirm the part. The guy who answered was short and rude. He basically said enter your VIN and the site will tell you if it fits. He couldn’t get off the phone fast enough. Turns out the part fit fine although their site said it may not fit.

The UPS order shipped to my house, but delivery couldn’t be left (assuming I had to sign for it). I had to pick up a few days later at a UPS pickup location. Not the end of the world, but I didn’t know I would need to sign for it.
