"I ordered parts for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this company. I ordered a rear sway bar, sway bar end links, and all the nuts and bolts associated with this job. MPG decided they did not want to ship me a couple of the nut and bolt items I ordered. I am unsure why they did this because they never communicated it to me.
So, I found another source that could get the parts I ordered and get them to me quickly because I needed to get this job done, and I did not have weeks to communicate back and forth with MPG. I ended up using the sway bar, but everything else was useless to me now that I purchased the links and everything else from an honest company. Now, MPG wants me to pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee after they cannot fulfill my order.
When I first submitted the RMA request, it was approved and stated, "Your RMA request has been approved. A form will be emailed to you shortly with proper instructions on sending your part(s) back." After waiting several days, I emailed them to see where my form was. They then responded by emailing me, stating my RMA request was denied. I emailed them, stating that I needed the form they said they would send. Again, they emailed stating that your claim was denied because the parts were in a "special order." It is a sway bar for a Wrangler; there is nothing special about it, and the RMA has already been approved.
At this point, it is clear why they word their return policy the way they do. Their game is to deny all returns; therefore, they do not have a "return policy" because nothing can be returned. Buying from MoparPartsGiant.com has been a horrible experience; dealing with these scam artists is a real headache. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and we are still dealing with that. No company should legally be allowed to treat people like this.
Needless to say, their customer service is horrible, and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Do yourself a favor and order from elsewhere.

"The unexpected followup email demanding that I accept terms and conditions prior to shipment being authorized caused excessive delays in product being shipped. If I hadn't agreed at the time of order I would have not ordered. The agreement should have been executed at the time I placed the order, not the following week which has caused my vehicle to be out of commission waiting on delivery that should have arrived today, instead it will be the following week. Totally Unacceptable."

"Called in to verify availability of a part. Was told part was in stock. Next day had an email saying they needed to confirm my purchase, which I called and confirmed. Again I asked if the part was available. I again was told yes and it should ship same day. The following day I received an email saying my order was canceled as part was placed on back order. Called in and was told that although they show it in stock when they placed the order the were told it was not available. What is the point of calling to verify if no one physically insures stock is available. Lost 3 days for no reason. You site is useless and has very poor customer service. Suggest not wasting time using this site."

"Ordered a door hinge, part arrives wrong part is in correct part numbered box, takes over a week to get a response about a return, then finally get a response, and they tell me I have the correct part witch I don't, I send pictures of the wrong part and the correct one I ordered from somebody else, so almost 2 weeks later they finally get that they didn't send the right part, and send me a return label, but after 2 weeks of bull crap!! I don't want anything to do with them and I am not going out of my way to return and I am just going to eat the 100 bucks and not do business with this company again!!!! I don't trust getting my money back when they can't answer a email in a reasonable amount of time."
