"Needed a egr valve for my van and found it along with some helpful diagrams. Part number and everything was shown in diagram. Setup an account and selected shipping went smoothly. Next day I got a tracking number and for a couple of days it didn't change status or nothing. I thought it might have got lost or something but then over the weekend it updated and said it would arrive the very next day. Got the part and compared it to old part. All looked good, installed it and tested it out. Part works good, thank you "
"Parts for the optional steel rear bumper for the JL Jeep are not easily found on the website. It took me several days to determine the part numbers for the park assist sensors, their wiring harness, and related parts. Customer service was no help at all, telling me they couldn't answer parts-related questions. (I wonder what kind of questions customer service folks at a parts place can answer?) After spending several hours over a three-day period on the website, I went to other websites to research part numbers, then back to the Moparpartsgiant website to complete my order. The next day I got an email telling me that the order could not be completed without the VIN. I had already entered VIN on the website, but I replied to the email with my VIN. Then I got another email that two of the park assist sensors I ordered are not correct for my VIN, so I removed them from the order. My order was split into three parts with various delivery dates. The two park assist sensors remaining on the order came right away. More of the order came 8 days later. Nine days later I got an email saying that the remaining parts had been shipped. That's really pretty quick for fairly obscure parts, so no problem.
After getting the email saying that the two other sensors I had asked for were wrong for my VIN, I called (on the phone) a Mopar specialist I know of back East who told me that those sensors are correct for my VIN, and that the park assist system won't work right without them. He told me that they've been back ordered with Mopar for some time, and nobody's been able to get any. I then called (on the phone) a Jeep dealer in Ohio who got them for me in two days.
I use Moparpartsgiant a lot. I'll keep getting my parts there, since the prices are reasonable and shipping is dependable. I have four Jeeps right now, and three are Mopar. I just think it would be nicer if it were easier to find the correct parts for model variations on the website, and to get at least some help with elusive part numbers.

"The service from MPG was great. I received the part and it is now installed. However, the shipper FedUp, sent it for a literal tour of the Western Lower 48! It took about a week longer to receive than it should have."
"Products as described and fast shipping. Definitely worth the cost. "
"I ordered a part for my son’s car a week and half ago and it has yet to be shipped. I called twice to inquire about it but the representative was happy to reply saying they received my order, sent an email a week later for a confirmation (just wasting time), and then annotated in an email that the part would be sent in about 2 weeks. Mind you, this is a part they had in stock. The time it takes for them to grab the part off shelf and send it out is insanely slow yet they act as if it's normal procedures and I should be happy. Anyhow, I still haven't received the brake line I need to put my son’s car back on the road. I thought saving $25 was a smart move instead of ordering the brake line through the dealership but I'll never make this mistake again. After calling the company this morning I was told it would be shipped in April. I do not recommend this company based on condescending customer support and unsatisfactory shipping time."
“We apologize for the delay in shipping your son's car part. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to provide efficient service. We appreciate your feedback and will address the issue to ensure a smoother experience for our customers in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.”
"In stock and came very quickly."
"found what I needed at Moparpartsgiant"
"Service was prompt and web site is easy to use. Only problem was I thought I ordered the Chrom Dodge letters between the tail lights and got some that were like a brushed finish instead. I put them on anyway and they are kind of growing on me now so I guess they will be ok! Don’t know if they messed up or I did, doesn’t matter now they are on. "
