"It’s always a gamble dealing with overseas ecommerce sites when shopping from New Zealand. I have to say Moparpartsgiant was on point with the selection process for my gear shifting bracket for my Ram. It was great to get an email pretty quickly from Fed Ex saying my part was on its way but then 2 hours later another one saying there was a delay. As I said it’s to be expected when shipping so far, shippers like to fill transport baskets before they send them on their way. I spent a few days waiting for an update from Fed Ex but to my surprise the part turned up via courier just when I was about to chase them up.

So Moparpartsgiant in itself was a great experience however I think the communication from your shipper could have been somewhat more on point.

Only other thing that hurt a little (and again we’re used to being shafted on shipping here in NZ) was the shipping price of $US50 for a $US75 part that wasn’t big or heavy.

Still very happy that there’s a resource out there for imported vehicles like the Ram as buying parts through the local reseller is massively expensive ie the part I got from Moparpartsgiant would have cost me $US300!"
