"When I was looking to buy a new laptop, I had the field norrowed down to (3) companies. They where Morel, Alienware, IBM. After talking to people at each company, it did not take long to decied that my new laptop will come from Morel. When I received my laptop Joe called to make sure everything came with laptop. After making sure I had everything and it was working before he got off the phone.
It took me just over (3) months to messed up the laptop by going to a website putting spyware on my computer. I made one call and Joe made sure I was up and running before he got off the phone. I know that I made the best move of all when I ordered my laptop from Morel.
