"Good range of products and prices for motorcycle service parts/fluids. They however got my order wrong and shipped me 3 instead of 1 of the items I ordered - arranging a return was HUGELY FRUSTRATING. I provided screenshots of my order vs what I was invoiced, sent all pictures and details they requested and THEY WERE SIMPLY NOT INTERESTED and closed my return. I was not even given an option to return at my cost for a refund.
I sincerely doubt I will be using them again. As it stands, I have been delivered and charged for items I cannot use and will expire before I will have need for them again"
"I ordered the Givi AF260, adjustable airflow windshield. Givi products are excellent. I received only the base component and not the adjustable upper portion. I’ve spent a week trying to get the part missing shipped to me. I was offered a partial credit of $100.00 ( delivered cost is $225.98) and the option of keeping the partial order. Useless. I’ve waited days for a breakdown of the costs of returning the part. After numerous attempts to reach out to Motardinn for help I expect choosing to order from them was an expensive mistake. I’ve tried to get this resolved since February 19.
Whatever the apologetic response is don’t believe it. They sell excellent products but can’t deliver what any reasonable person would expect in product delivery or customer service."

"Order 33401043 was placed on 08/10/22 and after 104 days the product still hasn't arrived. They provided an external tracking link that supposedly shows some information but when you go to AusPost and Post NL there's nothing there. I've been trying to contact the company and solve the situation using all possible channels and they keep unresponsive. Here and Google they reply automatically saying to send an email to them but they won't reply. On the phone, they put it on hold until playing the message "all attendants are busy, call later". I ordered some motorcycle parts from Motardinn on 27th November with estimated delivery dates provided of 2nd to 6th December. It's now 23rd December and the order still has not arrived in my country (Canada)! I contacted MotardInn who gave some lame excuse about customs etc. But at this rate, does't even look like customs even have the package nor is the package in country. Was it sent via boat? Pigeon? Man in a canoe?
Motardinn lure you in with false delivery dates to get you to order from them and when things go south they provide lame customer service responses. Rather than be up front and be honest, give a long delivery estimate.
I've also asked their customer service at what point is an item classed as lost/missing and i can request a refund. No response yet.
So in a summery, AVOID Motordinn, order from a local company in country or a company who uses proper delivery methods like Rocky Mountain ATV etc.
Update #1 (1st Jan 2023) - Nothing has arrived yet and package is STILL in transit to Canada."

Crap customer service. As usual they don’t have any interest in resolving their customer’s concerns regarding delivery time and their excuses are all scripted and repeated by phone or by email.
They also lie to your face telling you that your parcel is in England when it clearly shows it is still store in their delivery company warehouse.
Yes, their prices are good but if you do not have more than a week to wait for your parcel, you shouldn’t use this company.

motardINN and its sister companies are just full of BS. I am guessing you all can see their reply blaming Brexit for the 10 days delay on an overpaid 'fast' delivery.
Your currier's tracking shows the parcel leaving their warehouse the next day after my purchase and 6 days letter was showing that the parcel was still in their warehouse and you keep blaming others but you and your poor and unprofessional chosen currier company.
As requested in several emails and phone call, I am expecting a full refund as I am no longer in UK to receive the parcel.
NEVER AGAIN!

After requesting several times via email and phone the cancellation of my order and full refund and after directly contacting their currier service, there has been no replies or communication from MotardInn customer service team or any other member of the company.
The tracking information shows now that the parcel reached the UK yesterday. I am no longer in the UK and will not be receiving the parcel. Who know now how long it will take to be returned to MotardInn and when I am going to received my money back."

After couple of weeks asking support about my order, product label changed to "out of stock" and support gave me advice to cancel my order :(
