"After an extensive search online, I was thrilled to find this site as it seemed they had product in stock that I needed for an upcoming trip. It was only AFTER I purchased the products that I was sent an email saying they did NOT have the product in stock. Additionally, that it was back ordered but expected to come within the next week. It did not and I was not notified of an updated expected date of arrival. When I shared my frustrations with the company, the said they don't carry products to keep their prices down, which I found odd as their prices were the same as everywhere else online.
UPDATE: In response to me writing a negative review, they canceled my order completely, confirming their level of dedication to customer satisfaction. I will buy from other sources to avoid wasting a few weeks and being treated as though it is unreasonable to expect to be notified prior to purchase that an item may not be available for several weeks. Buyer Beware.
