"I have only done 4 orders through motomummy and I cant say I remember the last 3 but I have always thought of coming back to order through them. This last order I just thought was weird though because I waited a week before contacting them, only to find out that one of the parts they didn't have and it would be in later last week or early this week. I completely understand that they wont have everything all the time, my main grip was that I had to contact them to find out that things were getting delayed. So next time it would be nice to be told ASAP that something is out with a ETA then I can stop thinking about my stuff coming in =).

EDIT: Motomummy got back to me pretty quick and I just have to say the level of Customer Care is awesome I just spent sometime e-mailing the staff and i know it is very late in their time zone but i really appreciate all they have done to help explain why this situation can happen and believe me I feel a lot better now about my purchase! I really hope everyone knows its cool to shoot this guys an email about anything and they will always be willing to explain.
