"Purchased spark plug wires from the site that showed they worked on my 1984 VF1000F. Didn't fit at all. The connectors were all wrong and the wire was larger than stock, preventing from using some of the stock connectors to use it. I was contacted by the seller about my situation and they worked with the manufacturer to accept my return. Excellent customer service. "

"I ordered a set of 4pcs of brake pads. When the package arrived there were only 2 pieces in the box. When contacting customer service I was sent to deal with an outside source. I was asked to take pictures of the packaging to make sure it wasn't ripped or damaged during shipping. It wasn't damaged in any way whatsoever. I am still waiting to find out if they are going to ship the remainder of the order. I am disappointed in the customer service. I am trying to get this motorcycle done for my 19yr old daughter who just wants to be able to ride her first bike. If I had received my entire order and didn't have to deal with poor communication from customer service I would have given a 5 star rating."

"As many other reviewers have already said, they gave a recommendation on which part I needed then when I received an incompatible part they claimed "it's a universal fit and compatibility is not guaranteed"
They charged $8 shipping on a less than 1 ounce item by shipping in a gigantic box full of paper then when I requested a return they told me it would take nearly 2 weeks start to finish and I would only be getting half the price I paid back because of their "return fee". Please don't do business with them. "
