Maybe it's intentional, to later claim that product was not returned on time. Every time I contact them I am told that process will move forward in 24-48 hours. I have contacted them via Live Chat, but have not been able to obtain transcript of chat. Less paper trail, eh? Mostly it's about delaying tactics because nothing happens, and nobody there seems to care. I have rarely felt so ignored by a vendor of any kind. Save yourselves some grief: DO NOT BUY HERE."
