I purchased a Cortech Mini tankbag to replace the same item which was getting long in the tooth. When It arrived, I found the zipper was broken.
I called MotorcycleGear.com and got someone in the wrong department who took a message for the other folks, who were at lunch.
I received a cell phone message from the right person saying that the Cortech Mini bag was out of stock and they had no idea if/when it would be in stock again. MotorcycleGear.com issued an RMA, paid for return shipping, and refunded my purchase price.
