"Verry disatisfied with return policies and service.
I placed an order for some overpants, and choose a size based on the recomendations given on the web site, which was not the size I would have normally ordered. When I got the pants I found that the size was not good, and the sizing information on the web site was not accurate. Because I live in Canada, I had to pay shipping charges to get the order, and again to send it back. I spoke with customer service, and they refused to refund any of the charges, and now to re-order the same item in the correct size, I will have to pay shipping charges again. This will total approximately $100 just for shipping. I will have paid and extra $60 for something I feel was their mistake. I am very dissatisfied with their policies and will be reluctant to do business with them again.

As a update, after submitting my original review, I was contacted by the company, and they did correct the problem to my satisfaction."
