"I bought a Fit-For-All Communication System, I 2 different address (billing and shipping address). I double check the UPS label and it was seding to my billing address. I called and everything was solved, but why Should I double check? I'm not the manager there. Also they said that I wrote wron the address. I had to send my receive to show that was not my error, they want to charge me again the delivery"
"This seller completely forgot about my order. When I called them I was not able to talk to anyone that could help me and I was instructed to email the parts department instead. My emails to them go unanswered unless I call and tell them to respond. Eventually they apologized and said they would ship it out immediately via fedex. However when I got my tracking number it did not come up in fedex lookup. Eventually I realized they actually shipped it via USPS so who knows when I’ll get my order that was placed almost a month ago. Awful experience. "
"While i have yet to receive the part (after 2 weeks waiting), I called and called to ask for a tracking number and all i get id that they will not give tracking numbers over the phone and that such requests must be done online. Online is stated " if you have any questions on your order please contact us at....(their phone number). Customer service ****, though I hope my part will be alright...when i will get it.

"I was trying to order the manual for the motorcycle I recently bought - the one that would have come with the motorcycle new since the original had been lost by previous owners. I contacted Motorcycles of Miami on line and asked which manual was correct. They replied confirming a part number that I thought was it. After paying $23 for the manual and $15 shipping for a manual that the post office would handle for $2.50 (I checked).. It was the wrong manual. So I called and they refused to send the correct one - saying it was my mistake. I explained that I had asked in advance. NOPE - still my mistake - only offer they made after much discussion was if I paid another $15 shipping charge then they would send the correct manual and I would need to send back the incorrect manual at my expense. NOPE - I'll get the correct manual elsewhere and I will never deal with them again... Worst on-line experience ever!!"
