"When I needed to return two phones for a reason that was my fault, they let me, and even paid for shipping. The service reps I talked to were courteous and helpful. I was so pleased with the ease of the return that I didn't even consider another brand for my next purchase; it was Motorola all the way. They get your order out quickly, and most of the Motorola phones I've had have worked well and lasted a long time. There's also less bloatware installed compared to a Samsung phone I own."
"Spent over 3 hours trying to pre-order the Moto X Pure Edition. FINALLY it went through. A few hours later I found my order canceled because my Discover Card thought it may be fraud. I verified the charge with Discover. Called Motorola and they said they couldn't reopen the order. And now the phone is on back order. They wouldn't do anything for me or offer me any coupons or discounts. Basically a oh well that sucks. Very poor service, and their online store system seems very outdated that they can't reopen an order. Poor Poor Poor, be wary about ordering from them. **** Update ****, I didn't fully read the email they sent me, and it took back to a checkout, that still said back ordered but had the delivery date of Sept 15th again. Sad that the phone support and chat support people both were unaware of this possibility. So now I have 3 orders. One canceled that is in review, and my two new ones. Both of which have incorrect tax charges. Problems seem never ending..."
"I place a cell phone order on 5/1 (order#00551417). The order was canceled by Motorola for some reason nobody can tell
me when I called customer service. Then I placed another order on 5/5 (order#00560425) and it was canceled again. I
called again, talked to people in different departments, still no answer for me. All replies were always "the issue w ill be escalated
to higher management and we will contact you later". But the later responses were still no answer for me. They stated that
it's the problem with my credit cards, but the 2 different credit cards I used have been used for online shopping numerous
times, including a recent purchase from the very same website. After hours of phone calls, I do not think any more phone
call can solve my problem."
"I bought a Motorola SB-6120 cable modem about two years ago. It had been working fine until about a month ago when it started developing an intermittent slow-down problem. My home network setup includes this modem, a router, and a switch. Whenever the net is slowed down, I recycled the power on three devices in the order of the switch, router, and modem. Only recycling power on the modem could bring the net speed to normal. I also asked the cable company (my Internet Service Provider) to help me diagnose the problem and they monitored the traffic in and out of my modem and identified the abnormal behavior of the modem. By now, I was sure that it was the Motorola modem that had malfunctioned from time to time. I called Motorola for warranty service and, to my surprise, learned the modem only carried a one-year manufacturer’s warranty: My modem has been out of warranty for a year.
I am very disappointed at the Motorola brand and its cable modem. I put my trust and money into this company just to get a subpar product and warranty. Many smaller computer-component manufacturers provide three-year warranty on their products, shame on you Motorola. I share my experience with you so that you know what you get into when you make a purchase.

"Motorola is my first cellphone. it is of good quality. i fell it many times but it was just ok. What a pity that i accidantly lost it when i was shopping. But i recommend motorola to you because many of my friends are using it now and they think it is very good."
"Bought a Xoom on 25MAY for $628, tax was $39, so price was $589 and got a free portfolio case ($39.95 value). Item shipped 26MAY and arrived 31MAY, 5 business days from order placement to delivery.
Product has worked so far with no problems. Do wish they would get the SD card working though."
"I bought Motorola KRZR K1 ultra thin unlocked GSM quarband bluetooth camera cell phone, but only used for 7 months, the screen doesn't display at all with white screen. This product really bad."
"MOTO Store purchase of 2 unlocked phones and accessories. Some minor problems. The email notifications are hard to read. The format was not easy to read in Vista or in Windows 7 BETA with G-Mail ..BETA, on 2 different computers, very dark. I did have a rude and abrupt disconnect the first try but the second made up for it. On the whole the customer service was terrific for an outsourced center overseas, uncommon in my experiences. I had needed to have a replacement shipped because one item arrived broken. Motorola's policy to replace a defective shipped item from the MOTO Store without hassle is what propted me to write the review. Outstanding product support in this instance."
"Ordered a battery for the SLVR on the 13th - priority overnight. Recieved on the 16th (3 days later). I was hoping to get this by the 14th, I dont see why it takes 2 days to ship something in stock.
Confirmation email contains a link for order status, which does not work! Had to call them to get status. Hardly any hold times, so thats a plus."
"Ordered RAZR V3 Battery Door through Motorola/Digital River. Nothing fancy, should have been easy. It's been almost a month and even though my credit card was charged I have not received the item. There is no phone # or e-mail address to contact. I filled out a form on their website but they do not respond. Thank god it was such a cheap order. Digital River is an order/billing service a lot of companies use. In the future I will not purchase from a company that uses Digital River."
"Ordered from Motorola's online store a V3 Razar with T-Mobile monthly service. Order arrived by date promised. When setting up a voice tag the phone would freeze-up, V3's BSD. Called T-Mobile for help, but after talking to tech support, they advised I call Moto. When calling Moto tech support, they could not figure out the problem and asked for my order number. After being disconnected 3 times and going over the story each time a rep told me my phone was not from Moto, but Inphone. I know I ordered it from Moto! I think it is diceptive of Moto to allow their customers in thinking they are ordering from them, but in actuallity it is from a 3rd party!"
"I placed an order Thursday night and specified overnight delivery. I figured I'd get it on Monday, but NO, they promptly packed and shipped the order Friday morning and it arrived on Saturday! Excellent considering I didn't expect to see it until Monday.
I discovered, subsequently, that Motorola doesn't necessarily have the best prices around but their service sure seems to be top notch.
Thus, if you can wait and want to shop around to save a few bucks, fine. If you need the item ASAP, Moto is great, IMHO."
"Twice, from different resellers, I've purchased 56k modems. Both were Motorolas pakaged in different boxes. Both had the same CD, Fax Talk, and installation instruction sheet.
The drivers loaded as per instructions, but that is the olny thing that worked. Connection to the ISP was a monumental task,if it connected at all. And its speed wasn't even close the the advertised 56k. It usually was only 28.8k, if I was lucky enough to even get on line. Don't waste money on this piece of junk!"
