"I got an email saying it would be late (making it after Christmas....) & one evening while doing something else, I happened to go check & found out the item wasn't coming at all. So I called on the phone & was brushed off with "well you weren't charged since it didn't ship" but PayPal had put a hold on & the motorsport rep said he wouldn't remove the hold unless I had paypal transaction & invoice numbers. So I had to contact PayPal & then motorsport again to final get the hold released. What a pain, & more disappointing since they never sent another notice to let me know that this Christmas gift was no longer avsilable."
