"It's rare you deal with a business that stands out among the crowd as the type who not only wants your business, but actively strives to make sure you're happy with your purchase after the transaction. Chris happily answers questions not only by email or phone, but also via AVSForum's threads and PM's. I had a few questions regarding the extended warranties he offers which were most likely questions he's answered hundreds of other times and yet he still took the time to explain everything I needed to know before purchasing a CPS warranty.
