The set is a beauty! Fantastic picture quality! The wall mount included with the purchase turned out to be a tad on the light side for a set this large & has trouble tilting properly, but the TV itself & the included cables have been great! Not sure about getting a heavier duty mount as all is just fine as it is now - as long as I never have to go behind the set again (boy is it a heavy set! :-).
Overall it has been a good shopping experience, 9/10!"

I called 5:30 PM (PST) and he assured me he would f/u and obtain a copy of the instructions the following morning and get back to me.
