"If you are looking for hard succulents definitely go with them. They are the absolute best when it comes to Sempervivums! BUT beware if you are looking to get soft succulents like Echeverias, its a luck game.
Most of my soft succulents came with damage like tons of rotten leaves or bland yellowing ones (because they were shipped wet), bad broken leaves (noticeable) and elongated plants (stretched). At the end, after emailing back and forward, they saw what I meant about some of the bad plants and ended up giving me a refund for some of the damaged ones, but it wasn’t easy. Even then, I had to stay with some plants that are not at their best, that won’t get fixed with time (etiolation) but since they don’t fall under their 14 days quality policies there is no refund or replacement for them. Now I’m stuck having to wait and care for them until they look better with time and TLC and that’s not what I’m looking for when buying new plants.
Again, they are amazing for their hard succulents but their soft succulents are not the best quality and personally I won’t be buying more again. "
"Amazing site. My succs were a little damaged/ wilty, hoping they perk up after their first water now that I have repotted them but it wasn't too bad. The only one that I'm questioning whether it will make it is the Crassula repestiris v. monticola. Keeping a close eye on it. *Crosses fingers*"

"I ordered five succulents from Mountain Crest Gardens. I am happy with them, except one, the Sempervivum Sunset which has about 12 leaves that look wrinkled. The Sempervivum Red Nails has a lot of soil within the leaves and I cannot remove the soil. I will order again from Mountain Crest as they have a good selection to choose from."

"Second time order for 49 of 2" was not as good as the first time (49 plugs). It was disappointing with many of them rotted at arrival and others continue rotting. I can feel high humidity when opened the box, some of the pots were wet and some were dry. One of them has no roots at all and flies everywhere in the box. It has not been two weeks and I am not sure how many of them would actually survive... "
