"I’ve been ordering from MCG since October 2018. The plants are always in good condition but there have been frustrating inconsistencies with my orders. My first order did not contain any name tags. I explained these were important to me in my next order and I received them. Three orders ago I left a note requesting certain plants in a bulk order (my business model is built on supplying customers with specific plants) and received the requested plants but was told on the next order I cannot request specific plants on bulk orders. On my last order one of each plant had a name tag so out of 50 plants only ten of my customers will get a name tag. I like MCG’s story, I like their plants, and I like the shipping schedule but I need to be able to count on a couple of things so I’ve been a bit disappointed. "

They arrived within less than a week and were packed very well, not alot of dirt came out and they looked very fresh.
