Beautiful Plants!

"I ordered the pastel bulk tray and am very happy with both the assortment and condition the plants arrived in. My only complaint/suggestion is to be a little clearer in the identification of the plants, the list given did not align with how they were packaged exactly and two of the plants seemed to be substitutes and incorrectly id’ed on the sticker list which is fine but a note to ID the plants substituted in would have been helpful. Besides that shipping was fast and safe and I’ll for sure be ordering again!"

Excellent Service

"The heating pack was a little harsh, sat right on some of the plant and damaged the tops. And they did not include any information on the types. But when I asked and sent a picture they were able to provide me a list. Great, fast customer service. "

Not much bang for my buck

"I was so excited to receive my order from MC. But, I would say pictures are deceiving. The plants were quite small and not at all inexpensive.
My big frustration was that I bought a little catcus that looked lke a baseball for $11.99. The description said it was small, but on my gosh. If this was an inch tall I would be shocked. That's a lot of money to me and I never would have bought that if I had know it was sosososo small. Plus it arrived in a 3.5 inch pot. Are you kidding me.

So , I wrote them my frustration in a contact us , and I haven't heard back. I spent $57. before taxes and I feel like I was taken a bit.
Once again, I have to say the plants were nice, but very small for the $$. They look a lot bigger in the photos.

Succulents, air plant and terra cotta pots

"I want to start by saying that I ordered 10 succulents, 1 air plant and several terra-cotta pots, all arrived on time as the website states. Packing was great, but due to shipping, 4 of my succulents were damaged, everything else was in great condition. The reason that I am giving Mountain Crest 5 stars is because they stood by there quality guarantee, make sure to read it because once your shipment is received you must open immediately, take pictures of anything damaged and send an email, pictures attached, through the website. Also re-pot if needed, as soon as possible to see if they will survive, because you only have a 14 day window. With all that being said, I sent Mountain Crest an email, showing the damage and within 2 bus days as the site states, they credited my account, plus an additional 10% for future orders. I feel that great customer service makes all the difference, they went above and beyond and I will most definitely place future orders."
