"I ordered the succulent sample tray as favors for my baby shower, and they are adorable! I did encounter some issue with my initial order, where 1/3 of the plants arrived in rough shape (dried out, 1 rotted). I contacted thr customer service immediately, they processed my issue fast and reshipped the plants. The second batch was much better! Make sure to order at least 2 weeks prior to your event just in case, but the shipment itself took only 4 days. Very happy with my experience. "
