"mountain mods cases look good but the motherboard tray is seriously flawed pushing out graphics cards. which cost me £600.

this is the email i sent to them.

hello

i was very happy with the look of the case, but ive had a nightmare since
trying to set it up, i put it all together as i have many systems, switched
it on and gibberish. after testing differnent things i found the motherboard
tray to be the problem, it was pushing out the graphics card, now the
graphics card is totally shagged and it cost me £600 (it is a gainward
coolfx 6800). the motherboar tray on closer inspection is far from perfect
and is slightly bowed plus there is a couple of mm discrepancy which dosent
allow the cards to fully seat properly. i just wondered seeing as tho the
case is at fault if you can compensate me for my damaged graphics card,
please let me know the situation, i spent a lot of money on this case and i
would of expected perfection at that price, now i am left completely gutted
with a useless heap of s**t.

We can not however pay for damage that may occur to self or other items
while in use with our products as stated -

While working with various components we have found that many components
have different tolerances per device as do our cases. If you feel the
motherboard tray is not useable you can send that tray in for replacement.
