"I purchased a lens from MPB and when I received it, it appeared to be in like new condition. However, when I took it outside to test it out, I found there was a problem focusing at anything more than 12 - 15 feet. I could see that could easily have been undiscovered when MPB took in the lens, or, despite very careful packing, could have been damaged in transit.

I contacted them ( Spoke with Ali ) and she apologized for the situation and without the slightest hesitation sent me a return label. I picked out another lens while we were still on the phone. ( I like that you can see photos of the actual item you are purchasing.) I sent the damaged lens back the same day I received it and followed the tracking. It was received by MPB late in the date, but my replacement was sent out early the following day with the lens that I picked out and was set aside for me. The 2nd lens I received was in excellent condition and even came with a case.

That was my 3rd purchase from MPB in a couple of months. Every once in a while, things like this happen when you buy used equipment, but it's comforting to know that they stand behind what they sell and make the return or exchange process as easy as possible."
