"sent me the wrong item and refused to replace it unless i sent back the burners first.then it would take up to 30 days for the right product to be sent back all at my expense. i run a small computer bussiness and these burners had all been installed in coustomers computers so it was a problem telling my customers that i had to remove there burners and and then wait a month(without a rom of any kind)for the proper ones. i explaned all this them but they didnt care they sent me there tos page wich binded me to this problem (it was hidden at the bottom right hand side of the order page). i even offred to pay for the right burner on top of what i already paid as long as they refunded the price when i returned the other ones. thy still would not work with me since there tos says that even if its there mistake its your problem. thank for screwing me over mrtech"
"On 6/7/2005, I placed an order online (mrtechus.com) for an internal wireless network card, for my laptop. The particular model was for an XG600 card, manufactured by Xterasys. I received an automated email confirmation from yahoo.com (it is an yahoo store, apparently), and received the product on 6/13/2005. No problem so far. However, after I opened up the package, I realized that the merchant had sent me an incorrect, lower-cost product, an Intel Pro/2200BG. I immediately emailed the merchant (****@****) and asked for a replacement shipment, and that I would like for him to mail the replacement before I mail back the incorrect shipment.
I had expected a quick reply, but this was not the case. I sent another email, with the same content, on 6/14/2005. Finally, on 6/15/2005, I threatened to file reports with the California Department of Consumer Affairs, the BBB, and the FTC, if he did not reply by the following day. He did not.
I've made good on my threat, and are now filing reports with the aforementioned agencies."
"This has to be the worst company I have dealt with. I ordened an LG DVD burner from them on Jan 28, and the package was expected for shipping on Feb 01 (this is priority mail, so it should take at most 5 days), it's been THREE WEEKS, and I still have no DVD burner. I sent them a semi-friendly email, and a day goes by. No response. In turn, I send an angrier email. ABout an hour later, I get a reply with a new tracking no. NEW tracking no? What happened to the old one? Along with that, no explanation as to what is going on, and why it has taken so long to recieve my item. I absolutely will not purchase from them again, and I'll be sure to tell others not to."

"received tracking number, but never the package. i spoke with customer service a number of times. they claim the package was "lost in the mail" and verbally told me a refund would be issued immediately. the following day i received an email, claiming to receive a refund i would have to make an insurance claim with the post office. after contacting the post office, they claim the package was never received. this is a very poor merchant and should be baned from the yahoo community. when i pay for an order it is the merchants responsibility to get the package here, after all i did pay shipping. i'm very disgusted that such a horrible business is allowed to do business.

"Yahoo! small business vendor -- excellent prices and free shipping. Order received was complete and correct, but took 10 days to arrive via USPS Priority Mail (free shipping offer). An e-mail query for status on the 9th day was answered promptly in poorly-written English and provided no new information. Next day the order arrived. Four cellphone accessories were in the order. These had all been stuffed in a standard letter-size flat-rate USPS Priority Mail envelope in manufacturers' original packaging but without further packing materials, creating a rather ungainly package for the post office to handle. In the end, I got what I ordered and the price was good, but I probably will not use this vendor again. It is obvious that MrTechUS operates on a shoestring with price as its only attraction. I felt lucky that I did not have to ask for any customer service."
