"Completely unsatisfactory experience. I went to get a quick oil change before leaving town for travel, and mistakenly left a bank envelope with cash in my car. When I picked up my vehicle after servicing, $200 of the cash had been stolen. I immediately brought it to the attention of the management, and over a week later, I have still received no word on what can be done to remedy this situation. I admit I messed up by leaving money in my car, but one should be able to trust a service department to do an oil change without fear of being violated by theft from a professional company. I warn you to not trust these people!!"

"came in to have oil change / tire rotation and had check engine light on in car, to be checked. on Sat morning needed spark plug wires and plugs. This was for my daughters car who is attending school out of state. Picked up just before closing time
Plugs and wires were done fine, paid for oil change but that never happened. Easy to tell as tires were not rotated and oil filter was still old one. Trip back to shop first thing next day confirmed it, technician had overlooked it on the ticket. paid for but not done. Rather that refund the $ they told me to bring it in next time she comes home and they will do for free or I could use it on another of my cars.
Not that comforting a thought, what else did they miss on my car of did they charge others for that they didn't do??"

However the unfriendliness of the employees and that they did not check the tire pressure (indicated by the tire pressure light on when i got the car back) makes the coupon not worth the trouble of going there."
