"We went to Mr. Tire just minutes from our house. I made the appointment based on the coupon for 24.99 without a card which includes: Oil and filter change, free 4 tire rotation, free battery check, free brake inspection, free tire pressure check. I took my car on 10/30/17 and the person said it is no problem to do all of those requested services. I was called within the hour that my car was ready for pick up. Shocked, knowing that I need new brake pads, I inquired about a quote for replacing my brakes. The man said "they look great, look like they have a lot of life left in them." Something the service person doesn't know, I have been taken advantage of before and clearly mark my tires in sequence with the numbers 1-4. When I picked my car up, the tires were not touched, no rotation, and they said they looked great. My number 2 tire (front passenger) has a slice in the tread where I have run over something. I automatically knew the service person was lying to my face, the work they have claimed to do had not been done. If the tires had not been rotated or balanced, how do I know any of the other work was completed? How do I know they even took a tire off to look at my breaks? How do I know my oil and filter has been changed? Giving them the benefit, I wanted to see if this was a random fluke of someone slacking off on their job or if this is a pattern so I kept the appointment for our other car on 11/4/17 for the same coupon, same service. Again, knowing that this car does in fact need new brakes and rotors, and also marking the tires in 1-4 sequence. Again, we got the call within the hour that the brakes look good, tires look good, and it is ready for pick up. Again, the tires had not been rotated or touched. Apparently this is a pattern at this location. I am shocked that the service does not go the other way and offer me a list of things that need done asap to the car. They avoid doing service? If they did not rotate the tires, the lug nuts still dusty and tight like they had not even removed a single tire, how did they inspect the brakes? How do we confirm they changed the oil and filter? Why would we believe they provided any service to our car, or partial service if I know for a fact that they did not provide the other half of the service and inspection? I would like a full refund for your service men lying to me 2 weeks in a row, and further putting us in danger by not truly inspecting the brakes and saying "they have a lot of life left on them." I have both print out receipts with a long list of services they say they provided, however I know they did not do any such thing. I will be reporting this to BBB and any manager that I can find. Please send a full refund and discuss this with the service men at the Main St. Bexley, Ohio location ASAP. They are endangering customers when they do not perform services they say and simply putting cars that honestly need service back on the road. Fire them, re train them, anything will be an improvement for the health and safety of other customers. I am sick of service men looking at me, lying to my face and thinking Oh this lady doesn't know a difference. Surprise, I do. I have worked on my car several times and know the things that need serviced. They refused to acknowledge any of the service it needs so they can eat their pizza and watch football on the tiny TV, I watched them do so."
