"I have been going to Mr. Tire in Westminster (off/on) for decades for vehicle and tire services. In the past 4-5 months, I have visited the Westminster location to have an oil change, fuel injection service and two occasions for tire mounting/balancing. The customer service could not have been better and the staff there provided an absolute friendly environment. Dave Martin and Josh ensured all aspects of the service I was having completed, were done in a professional manner and to my satisfaction. They could not have been more accommodating. Customer Service is hard to find these days, but the Mr. Tire shop in Westminster is doing it right. I truly appreciate it and will be back for years to come. Thanks!!!"

"Mike was very professional and quick about taking care of my vehicle. He made sure I knew about the 4-Tire Rotation and Balancing deal in addition to the oil change I was there for, and even sourced a wiper -blade when it was noticed the rear one was damaged, making sure everything was done in one, quick 1 1/2 hour visit and I wouldn't need to come back in for a follow up. Excellent service and much quicker than other places I've gone."

"10/31/2017 - I did receive a call from Kevin, a manager at the store, who apologized for their grievous mistake yesterday. He said that our next oil change service would be free of charge. We appreciate their acknowledgement of what happened and consolation.
We used to be regular customers of this Mr. Tire location, but had not been there for a few years. On 10/30 we gave them another try. My 8-month pregnant spouse took our 2014 Nissan Rouge in for 4 new Goodyear tires and the alignment service. She then drove 6 miles from Mr. Tire to the local hospital for a maternity appointment. The right front tire started showing low pressure, and she missed her appointment, calling the Mr. Tire store and me for help. Within minutes, the new tire was completely flat, and we were stranded along a busy street. Dressed in my business suit, I kept her calm and put on the donut spare tire. We limped back to the Mr. Tire store and asked Sam, the assistant manager for help. They found that it was the store's mistake, as they had under-torqued the tire pressure indicator. They corrected their mistake, but did not offer any compensation for putting her at risk or for wasting our entire afternoon. It is quite disappointing that we were not offered a voucher for future service. We will keep this in mind when considering any future auto service, and make sure that our many, many business associates, friends, neighbors and family members knows how Mr. Tire handled this situation."

"Manager had my 2000 Ford Taurus wagon evaluated for maintenance and repair work. Gave me a great estimate. They accepted all of my coupons. Had the rear brakes worked on while there. I would have caused more damage to the rear brakes if I continued to drive even though the car passed inspection. Saved a lot of money by taking my car there time and time again. "
