"Made an appointment for my car for new tires. Representative didn't even ask what tires I wanted (to make sure they had them for the appointment). I had to ask him if that was something he wanted to know.
Dropped the car off for an 8:30 appointment, they called at 9 to see if I wanted an alignment. They called again at 12:30 to tell me it needed an alignment. They called at 2:30 to say it was done.
I picked it up and had an additional $71 charge for road hazard coverage. I wasn't even asked if I wanted road hazard coverage. If I'd have noticed before paying, I would have declined it.
I asked why my alignment was so bad, bad enough that I had extremely unusual wear on my rear tires only. I'd had an alignment 35,000 miles prior, at the same location. I was told that it's because of the local roads and because I have a sporty car and I "get into it". I drive in a lot of traffic. There is rarely an opportunity to "get into it" like I have a race car. Unfortunately, I was alone picking it up rather than with my husband, who believes that I wouldn't have been talked down to like an idiot if he had been there. I also do my best to avoid bumps and go slowly on rough terrain. While I'm sure my alignment needed adjustments, I didn't appreciate the response to the question.
Overall, I got a decent deal and am not unsatisfied, but I wouldn't call this a great experience."

"After being disappointed by other shops, I was recommended this shop and they exceeded my expectations. They had a wide variety of rims and tires for an affordable price. When I finally selected my wheels, I received them quick in perfect condition. I recommend this shop to all of buddies. "

"I did not have a good experience with Mr. Tire at this location. Initially, I spoke with the manager on the phone and understood he would match the tire price I found on tirerack.com. I agreed and he ordered the tires for me. When I arrived at the location, I asked for him to go over the pricing with me. He did not have the price match for the tires correct on the price match, however he worked quickly to fix that as I brought a printed out copy of tirerack.com pricing. After the price match was complete and the estimate was handed to me, I presented the manager with a 10% off entire tire estimate coupon which I recently received in the mail. The manager told me that I could not use the coupon as he already discounted the tires a lot as he had to honor the price match. No where on the coupon did it mention I could not use it if a price match was done. I explained to him that I wanted to call the Mr. Tire corporate to check as I didn't feel this was correct. I called the corporate office who quickly explained that the store needs to honor the 10% coupon on top of the price match. The corporate office called the store and spoke with the manager. After the phone call ended he quickly took off the coupon, asked for my keys, and explained that the car would be ready in 60-90 minutes in a very short tempered manner. Within 90 minutes I received the phone call to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival the manager was no longer present, however another associate checked us out and completed the payment which was as promised. Upon arrival to my vehicle I realized another unfortunate event had occurred. The leather on my elbow compartment was covered in some type of copper colored shimmery oil that was unable to be simply wiped off. The store associate came out and attempted to use a glass cleaner on my leather to clean it and expressed that he had no idea what it was as the grease and oil they use there is black/grey and would not have a shimmer to it. They were not able to completely clean it off and I had to go to a car wash and use leather cleaner to remove the oily substance. Overall the service in the store and the management was terrible. There was only one associate in the store that would even make think about coming back for another service. Please do not use this store. "

"I had to replace my low beam bulbs for my headlamps that I purchased from Advance Auto and they were recommended to me by the worker there. I experienced very professional and courteous service, they were very prompt and thorough in completing the job very quickly. One of the Gentlemen there was very friendly and helpful and I felt that overall they had my best interest. I requested to keep the old blub and they gladly returned the bulb to me with no problem at all. I thought the experience was great and I left there feeling that I would definitely return there to fix any problems that they could help me with and that they were very reliable as well. Excellent Service!"

"I got brand new tires & the time to get them on was reasonable. The staff was amazing. Always nice when I go in. I've been having issues with my neighbor putting nails in my driveway & every time my tires are messed up they're always there to help. My replacement tires get put on in a fast amount of time. I even got my car inspected there & that didn't take all day. I plan to get more services done. "

"I did some work on my 1995 Ford F150 and took it to Mr. tire store # 775 for an alignment. The counter people were polite and knowledgeable. When the alignment was done I was told I needed new camber bushings as the original ones did not have any adjustment left. I elected to try to perform this myself but was unable to do to time constraints. time had passed when I took it back to Mr. Tire to have them do the job. They attempted to use the parts I had purchased but were unable to. The store called and informed me and asked for approval to proceed with the repair. When I arrived to pick up my truck the counter man explained what happened and returned the parts I supplied. The price was reasonable and lower than I thought it would be. Great job keeping me informed through the whole process. I will return to this store in the future should I need any work done that I cannot do myself. Great experience at this store and with the stores' employees."
