"Ordered the upgraded larger Globe for $60. Received a dented globe with no on-off switch. A packaged and only in a thin cardboard box and an envelope. Received it a month late and when I let them know that it was damaged and attached pictures to prove it they stated they would only give me 50% refund after I returned the product to them. They false advertised and then they won't back their product. They're simply buying this product from another company so find where they're getting it from and order it from them don't use this tip off Middleman."

"Yes mr watch is cheap but so is the customer service. If you ardent a watch you better hope there is nothing wrong with it. I ordered 4 watches over the past several months and I was just as happy as the other reviewers until the fourth was defective. I notified customer service and set up an exchange. The website said there was only one left. I emailed, no answer, I then called and got in a huge argument with the lady. I hate arguing. She said she can't hold that watch despite my origional order not being fully complete. She said its against company policy to hold a watch even if mr watch shipped you a broken watch. I had to purchase the watch in advance but the watch I was returning was purchased in part by gift card. I would not receive the gift card until the return and the money would be placed on my account for a future purchase. What a joke. Terrible service, they offer no solution. She tried combatting everything I said with these poorly rewritten things to say. She even went as far to say I know law I'm pre-law. No your not, my brother and best friend are law students your a customer service rep at mr watch. They are cheap and I had three watches with no problems but beware if you get into and issue. It's a gamble."

"Recently purchased a watch on the mrwatch.com website. I had a horrible experience. The watch arrived defective and not running. Took the watch into a local repair facility and got it repaired. Lucky for me, the repair was free and under warranty. But what an inconvenience!! Their quality control department should have caught this issue with the watch prior to shipping it to me. Their BBB (Better Business Bureau) rating is an "F". Buyer Beware!!"

"Just tried purchasing a Fossil watch from this company. The day after the order was placed, I received an email from their verification team asking me to call my credit card company as part of their verification process in effort to protect the integrity of their customer's credit card account. Also mentioned in the email that the item I purchased is being on hold for me as they go through this process. After having satisfied them with the information they needed, I received another email informing me that the order is being processed for shipment. Then another day came and i received a new email from their customer service this time informing me that the product is no longer available. This is bull crap and a waste of my time. They should have not posted the item in their website initially if it is no longer available. or if they should have at least coordinated with their verification team about the unavailability so the customers won't have to go through the hassle of their verification process. the item should be with me now had I ordered from other sellers/company."
"I learned my lesson the hard way. Dont buy a watch online especially from these guys. You are running a risk if you do. First of all you will have to pay a third party an additional fee to size the watch for you. Also, if you have any problems with it you will incur shipping/insurance fees to ensure that it arrives at the correct location. My watch looked way too big for my wrist when it arrived and it did not have the specific manual for it. So, I tried to utilize their 90 day return policy. They denied it claiming that it had been sized, which was simply untrue. They also said it was worn and had scratches on the band. They returned the watch to me and there is no evidence of scratches that I can see. They did credit me $20 dollars which offset the shipping charges I incurred but now Im stuck with a $100 dollar watch that I do not like. Just buy the watch somewhere local and save yourself the hassel and fees of having somebody else size the band to your wrist."
