"I needed an AC power adapter for my Gateway laptop and ordered with the correct information for what was required; 19v - 3.42A. Recieved a AC power adapter not matching the unit at all with a 19v - 4.41A. My technicians felt that it was improper and would not use it. Tried to return it and was informated that if the unit was okay, where it fit my system or not, it would be returned minus $25 check out fee or I could get my money back minus a 35% restocking fee. I asked for the right unit and received the wrong unit, but I have to use it or lose my money. "
"I called Mundo to get information on repairing my Acer Aspire laptop-model #5102. The young lady I spoke to was very helpful. I am not well versed in computer, but she was very patient with me and explained very clearly what I needed to do. I sent my laptop in, they repaired it, no problems. I then decided to replace the LCD screen. I looked around their site, found what I needed and placed my order. Mundo has made it so easy to navigate around their site that even someone like me can find what they need. "when i decided to make an order from this site, it was very easy to navigate around the site and locate the part that i needed... i was looking for a DELL LATITUDE D430 battery everything was labeled and i could easily identify the batteries by part number and type of battery listed on the site.. when i finally decided to purchase the product i called them they were very polite and provided the order number and tracking number with UPS. That HateMundo Guy is ignorant i work in the customer service field and the quality of customer service was top notch. they had everything i had ordered and ship within the standard 1-3 business day shipping time with UPS.. the batteries worked just fine i never had any kind of problem with them. Plus the rep i had spoken to was very nice and considerate.. the rep was very knowledgeable about the products and services and knew exactly what i was looking for.. i would definitely come back to the them for all my computer needs "
"MUNDO CORP is a horrible company!Mundo Corp.has an F RATING FROM THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.They have a TON of complaints lodged against them. They Overstate the word "NEW", underutilizing the words "REFURBISHED", and "THANK YOU". If you want to buy a motherboard from them, they'll harass you into sending them your Computer for them to install, claiming the motherboard is at least a 3-5hr job, at $75-/hr. In fact it shouldonly take 2hrs max to replace the motherboard, moving all the parts over from the old one. What they weant is your OLD, broken part, to repair, sell-That is their bread and butter. So beware!
Second, they advertise heavily NEW replacement parts w a 30-day teeny sad warranty. What they do NOT advertise is that they also sell refurbished.
Lastly, they discrimminate. If they do not like the sound of your voice, they'll cancel the order if they don't get their way...to get you to send them your computer.
Third, their refurbished parts...GARBAGE! They break 3 months later!!! USING THEIR REPAIR OPTION or NOT! BEWARE!!!!
They will also charge your credit card, without shipping you the order.
I was given the run around for 3 weeks, they charged my credit card but never bothered to call or send me an email saying THEY PUT MY ORDER ON HOLD, then CANCELED the ORDER WITHOUT crediting/refunding my money. The Co. owners, John and AMY HARTMAN, have a long sheet of complaints against their business practices, questionable policies, companies they run. Mundo Corp. is part of Ar Ventures. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR-SHOP ELSEWHERE. SKYLINE Engineering ALSO has hard to find Gateway, computer parts that last! Check out businesses at BBB.org. All refurb parts should be openly stated so, with at least a 1 year warranty. Mundo Corp just wants your money, not to make you happy or meet your neeeds. Friendly, courtesous customer service and Reliable parts--FORGET ABOUT IT! "

"Ordered a replacement AC adapter after I was referred to this company from Gateway in order to troubleshoot AC adapter jack problems. Was able to isolate the problem to the ac adapter jack, and not the ac adapter. Mundo corp would not refund money, or even come to an agreement, like restocking fees, reduced refund. Nothing. Would never do business with this company again, stay far from them. Order your parts off ebay and get a better return policy then these scam artists."
"I ordered a replacement battery for my Gateway laptop with Visa payment of $117.82. After battery delivered we learned that the problem was in the motherboard and we attempted to return the unused battery and letter of explanation by insured USPS to Mundo Corp. The box was received by Mundo Corp on 11/11/08, opened, resealed and marked "return to sender". After 2nd mailing it was returned again to me. Certified letters were sent to office and documented problems. No response after 2 more weeks. Unable to speak with Customer Service or Corp headquarters. Worst service I have ever experienced! My return mailings were handled fraudulently and I can pursue this issue with USPS. Mundo never extended me the courtesy of any response to telephone messages, certified mailing or attempt to speak to Corporate office. Extremely dissatisfied"
"Order placed, by phone, confirmation number given, but no invoice number. This has lead to complications to track order, not yet received as of June 17th. We have called the company, without an order number they give no information. The credit card has been charged. We have explained the problem to them, their response was to email ****@****. We get the same response, without an order number they can do nothing for us, yet Mundo Corp did not give an order number.
We are very displease with this company. They were not efficent about the process of the phone order, gave no invoice number, and displease in the way they have not helped track this order."

"Purchased a 256MB DDR PC2100 memory module for a Gateway 450SX4 laptop. Module received was either faulty or the wrong type so return request was sent to Mundo Corp. Only had nine days (from Hawaii) to get the part back to Mundo upon receipt of RMA# so I had to FedEx it to the tune of $17 in order to get it there in time. Received a confirmation e-mail ten days later stating that "inspection and testing" had "determined" the memory was "fully functional." We could either accept the memory and pay additional $25 (plus shipping charges) or accept a refund minus a 35% restocking fee. Now looking for another authorized Gateway parts distributor..."
