"They advertise standard shipping 5 days but ur packages take over a week to come lately it’s been getting worse I also get wrong flavors on my orders which takes almost 2 weeks to get the right flavor and I got to ship back the wrong flavor a lot of hassle bodybuilding.com has way bttr customer service and shipping and even let u keep a product u don’t like and give you credit. There’s barely and discount codes for this site either "
"I get it all the time as a Canadian, the supplements I wanted to try are only available in the US. I found Muscle and Strength and eureka! they ship to Canada! I tentatively ordered the amino acids I wanted because they were on sale. I received them no problem, a week or two later. I have since put in two orders and am very happy with the week and a half delivery across the continent. the prices are awesome and there are freebies. I have nothing to complain about, thank you for providing supplements to Canada!"
"This company really irked me bad! I normally don't leave bad review even when I'm mad. But this company is a disgrace to the supplement industry.
The worst customer support I've ever experienced!!!! I bought some supplements through this company a few times. I didn't have any issues until my last order. Also, after reading a lot of the 5 star reviews I'm convinced most of them are probably planted by employees of this terrible company.
I received a BCAA supplement that cost $40 out of an order that was only about $65 total. The BCAA supplement was near expiration and I didn't like the taste of it. So, I looked up their return policy and it clearly stated you can return an open product no questions asked within 60 days of purchase.
I contacted their reps through the website support chat because they DO NOT answer the PHONE EVER. The support rep said they have a very generous return policy and advised me to return it to their return address. So, I spent $12 shipping the product back with USPS tracking. They received it in 3 days and their website says you'll get a notification the item was received and it will be processed within 24-48hours. I waited two days and didn't hear anything back. Attempted to call in the middle of the day and got the same pre-recorded BS message. So, I went back to the website and put in my order # and subject as Return question. I waited in queue for hours only to be ignored. Once I finally got a rep on he said "I'll have to talk to my supervisor about your return". Here I am weeks later and multiple emails to their support email and all they do is ignore me!!
I would've just kept the BCAA and used it rather than wasting $12 to send it back and have no product at all and a complete loss. I wouldn't recommend this crappy company to anyone and will be avoiding them like the plague! TERRIBLE SUPPORT and return processing that's non-existent!!

"Shipping to oversea is not cheap, about 30% of the total order. I need it in a hurry though. I was expected and told that it would take 10-15 days to ship, however it ended up taking 7 weeks.
Worst part is they didn’t even bother to reply to my emails toward the end.

"My order was shipped on October 12 but it was never delivered to me.
I'm calling to their customer service (+1 ***-***-****) but no body takes my calls, I'm sending emails (****@****) but they don't reply. I did contact them by facebook but now it seems that they blocked me.
All this process is taking too long, they did promise a refund and my money is stopped with them. I don't have either my products nor my money, and without that money they are making it very hard to me getting my products elsewhere.
I did trust on them to be my provider. At the beginning I was very excited buying my products with them, but this has become a terrible experience. Has been more than 3 months without my money or my products and they don't seems to be taking actions about it. Every time I talk with their people they only ask me to be patient and wait, at this point I'm sick of waiting.
DO NOT BUY WITH THEM.
