"If you are buying and requiring shipping anywhere outside of the US do NOT do it. They advertise that they do international shipping but it is very clear from the struggle we are currently experiencing that they do not know what they are doing. I live in the UK and thought I would try this website I truly regret it, it has been a nightmare. The shipment tracking does not work and after 14 days I decided to reach out to them to inquire about the location. I was then informed that it was "on its way." Great, that was useful I thought. The few days later I find out that it is stuck at customs and that I required to pay an additional 30 pounds just to get cleared, and that is on top of the two pounds I already paid for "international shipping." This extra fee was no where outlined when purchased so it came as quiet an unpleasant shock. Frustrated with the inadequate customer service I received and the idea of paying 50 pounds just on shipping, I decided to cancel my order and that alone was the most frustrating part. Through countless disputes between M&S customer service, they finally decided to "make an exception." THEREFORE suggesting that they would not normally give full refunds for products not received, so an extra heads up! M&S customer service is also being extremely vague in their duties by saying that they cannot contact customs to get the product back, meanwhile customs themselves are directly telling me that they, M&S, have to request the package back. Once I relayed this information to M&S they just magically disappeared and didn't respond for a few days.. it seems like they are purposely trying to not get their package back so they wont have to honor my full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IF INTERNATIONAL! "

I waited 10 days in a hotel (the direction I put) and couldnt wait any longer. after 16 days of waiting the package finally delivered but I was no longer staying in that hotel.
