all their tv lamp inventory. Was easy to select what I needed
as this would be my third lamp to replace. Used 2 day shipping
and received on time but the wrong lamp (D-95). After con-
versing through their website 3 times, I was told to ship the
incorrect lamp and they would make a decision of my reimburse-
ment. One week today. Not good business. They did billing
before shipping but could not trust me to send out another
lamp until they received the other back. NOT GOOD BUSINESS."
