"In the middle of processing the order, but had some misunderstandings in between payments which caused delays which then somebody else bought it while my transaction is in progress. While money was transferring over to Mwave, another customer bought it when i had processed the order first. Now the money that was in mid-transaction needs to be returned. Should revise the ordering process; first one to process the order and is in the process of paying, should make that item reserved for that customer. "

"Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT, buy a projector bulb from this company!!!

I had 3 projector bulb replacements in 5 months. None of them lasting longer than 20 hours (supposed to last 3000). The last one lasted a grand total of 5 days.

They would always cheerfully replace my bulb (return postage was my expense (which is wrong)) until the 5 month warranty ran out. No dice after that.

All that to say, this place is a racket. They may seem inexpensive, but $180 for < 50 hours of a bulb that should go 3000+ is wrong, wrong, wrong!!

Don't do it!! You'll be disappointed!!

Caveat: (The company that I did business with was Pure Glare. MWave is connected to Pure Glare as everytime I had to return the bulb, it was sent to MWave. It is possible that other products through MWave are ok. Do not buy a projector bulb through them or Pure Glare!)
