"I love the bargains at MWAVE.com and I have shopped here often. I am a member, but I was a little disappointed with my purchase this time. I purchased a hard-drive and it had no instructions, cables, or drivers with it. I must admit the description stated it was "raw", but I am experiencing some difficluty in formatting it, due to the fact I am trying to override a trojan virus in my system. Not the fault of MWAVE, just a very complex virus and I am very challenged in making repairs. I will still shop at MWAVE, but it would have been easier if the hard drive would have come with a disk with drivers or some installation software included. I think it should have been in the decsription that nothing more was included with this purchase. I still love the site and the bargain prices and will they still have my business. "
