"First they got it wrong, then they got it right... read on.

My first experience with MWave was an order on eBay. I paid for Get It Now service and it turned out they didn't have the item (a NAS) in stock. I was severely disappointed and contacted them when I found out it wasn't shipping on time. They promptly and easily refunded me and gave me a $10 credit for future use. I figured I would never use it.

Then I found a different NAS they did have in stock. So I placed an order and reminded them that I expected it shipped quickly since it was showing in stock. They got it to me the next day (ground, I'm close by) and gave me the $10 credit.

They were easy to work with and I would buy from them again... as long as they can meet their shipping deadlines."

"Had good experiences until my last transaction. Bought something off of their must go deal for an great price. I was charged, and after 4 days inquired about the status, and was told it was out of stock and they will not be receiving anymore. Yet, they show it in stock, as well as in stock on their site and available for purchase on their eBay store currently as of 1/16. I also had a problem with a memory purchase, and after the RMA process, received what appeared to be a previous return, with an invoice that said "shp as is" written on it, from tech bin. The "new" memory still has problems, but not as many as the ones i sent back, but do not want pay for shipping again, so have to eat the cost. I did have several good purchases previous to these last two, but now am reluctant to purchase from them."
