"I was sold a used hard drive that was made in 2006. What happened was I saw a 500 gb drive advertised for a low price. I went and bought it. When the drive arrives, I noticed that manufacture date was Nov 2006. So I go look back at the site, I noticed that it had "new pulled bare drive" in it. Read one review where the guy got his, and the power on usage shows 2 years.

Ultimately, it's on me for not reading closer, but I have never encountered a place that sold used products like this before. Needless to say, this is a place I will avoid, unless I am looking for a deal on used junk. I will go elsewhere and get a new HD, because I am not using this old junk which is most likely well over halfway through its lifespan. I have never filled one of these reviews out before, but this ticked me off. "

"I can only give Mwave.com a mixed review. Until now I have been a regular customer, but my experience on this order will make me think twice before I ever give them another order. The problem was that they sent me a defective product (a computer disk drive). While it was covered by their warranty, I found out that their "policy" is to not pay shipping costs for any return, regardless of the circumstances!
