"I have ordered from them in the past without problems, however on this order an issue came up about shipping charges. They had sent me an e-mail with the sale price on a pair of speakers, with free shipping. I decided to order them, but when I tried to check out, I couldn't find a free shipping option. I called them up, and they said the free shipping expired. This was less than 24 hours after I recieved the sale e-mail. I couldn't understand their reasoning, as the sale price was still on the speakers, and nowhere in the e-mail did it state that free shipping would expire. It didn't make sense, because the sale price was still on the item.

After a lot of back and forth, with the sales dept. arguing with me, someone forwarded the sale e-mail with my complaint to another department that sent me an e-mail response directly. As a result of this, they covered the shipping charges. I appreciate them covering the charges and doing the right thing (eventually) but I suggested to them that they should note an expiration date on any sale e-mails they send out in order to avoid any confusion. I don't think they'll do that, but if they don't, there'll be more people with this complaint. I don't think it's that hard to put in the fine print at the bottom of the sale e-mail when the prices or free shipping will expire. Had they done so, I wouldn't have had any complaint.

Overall, they are pretty good to deal with, and as I said, I've ordered from them in the past without any issues. This was an anomaly and could be considered as such, so I wouldn't hestitate to order from them again. However, in the future, if I see something I want, I will order it immediately. If you wait more than a few hours, you're liable to have issues. You can't have any confidence that they will honor their offers after about 24 hours of the mailing, and this is the only issue I have with them."

"I bought a wireless keyboard from Mwave which was on a really good price after rebate but after I bought it, I discovered that I really don't need it because I have other ones that I'm using so I decided to cancel the order. I called their customer service and and my call was answered promptly and the agent canceled my order without asking any question which was really unexpectable since other retailers usually ask the reason why the customer wants to cancel or return an order. I was very satisfied and will definitely shop at Mwave again in the future."

"I am disappointed with the customer service I received from Mwave. I ordered a refurbished netbook that would go to a blue screen after boot up. I understand that was a chance I took when ordering a refurbished item and I was ok with that.
What I found unacceptable was that the unit was not as described. It was advertised to have a 250GB hard drive but actually only had a 160GB drive. I would have returned the item even if it worked because of the deceptive advertising. What angers me is that I am forced to pay shipping for both directions for a unit that was not what I was told it would be. In the end what I ended up receiving from Mwave for being a trusting consumer was a product that was inferior to what was advertised. A week of wasted time waiting for the product to arrive and the expense of shipping. When I told the customer service about receiving the wrong item I was told I would have to pay shipping to return it.

Conclusion: I have wasted a week of my time which now means that after I order this item from a reputable company there is no way to receive it before xmass as was planned. I am out almost $30.00 for shipping and insurance. I was not treated fairly. I have since found the same product from another vendor cheaper and with free shipping."
