"Used PayPal to pay for the purchase. But after the transaction, there was no order status, no e-mail confirmation of the order. Went to mwave website to check status but it forces you to create an account, which when I placed the order I opted not to create an account. Tried using the live chat support, but it prompted me to enter my questions and supposily someone will get back to me. Two days later, nothing. So tried their chat again and told it me the order was already sent out. But again, I didn't receive any e-mail for my order or shipping info. Will probably not buying from mwave in the future."
