I had ordered a hard drive from them that exhibited the infamous "Click of Death" less than a day after installation. I checked the Mwave terms and immediately submitted a return request. I had an RMA# within a few hours and sent the drive back. Several days later I was notified that my replacement drive had been shipped out. I have since received the replacement and it works just fine. This is how a quality company operates, no messing around, just efficient handling of their customers' needs.

"I like the sliding feature better than a cap which I always lost. the keyhole is a little too small but i was able to put a string around it. good for everyday use. not speedy (Read Speed 23MB/s & Write Speed ~9MB/s) but not a slouch either. so far no failures yet.I was hoping for a key chain and light. Still a good deal for 10 bucks, I am very satisfied with this drive and would recommend to anyone.

"What to say. Print cartridge for Brother HL-2170W. A very nice grayscale laserwriter. Highly recommended.

Delivery via UPS. Shipped Friday. Arrived Monday Morning. I used the cheapest fare. MWave sent me the tracking number. It's kind of fun to watch the random walk a package takes.

Packed very well. Very little wasted material; how very rare!

Installed in two minutes. Could have use a one page instruction sheet, but then it took just two minutes to figure out how to decouple the platen and cartridge. Maybe I didn't need the sheet.

Works fine. Response to measuring utility. Print looks remarkably normal.

Best of all, it didn't cost anything like Staples. They wanted $50 for the Brother part; they don't stock a generic.

"This is a good and reliable supplier of computer parts. I've dealt with them for at least 15 years with few problems. Prices are reasonable, service is fast and they rectify errors (very few over 15 years) quickly. I will do business with them in the future.

In the last few years packing has seemed a bit casual: small parts get lost in the peanuts. They should be bagged or taped to something larger.

I do wish they'd stick to computers and parts and not waste web site space with watches and gewgaws."
