"Edit 05/05/2012: This review has received a reply from an Mwave rep, as you can see below. They have fixed the title of the item and I have to give them props for that much. However, I have not received the refund authorization like the rep is saying. Nor did I request one. In fact I have never even received a reply to the original email I sent to them other than the automated reply (and the automated reply proves they have my correct email address). This is a face-saving move and is serving only to further my distrust of this reseller. While I believe you could likely order a product from them and all would be well (as is the case with most orders) I would not trust them to handle any issues that arise with an order or the product being ordered.

This is the first time I have ordered an actual part from Mwave and I have to say that I am less than impressed. I ordered a PCI wireless card that is titled/labeled as 802.11bgn. I made the mistake of not noticing in the item description that it is a Draft 2.0 card. I know some of you will be thinking: "Alright, stop right there. You made the mistake." I am in agreement and I have not asked for a refund or anything but you have to admit that it is very sneaky not to put that in the title of the product. In any case, I sent a message to them and despite the fact the the automated message confirmation says "allow one business day for our staff to review and reply" I have yet to receive a reply. Not a "sorry about that, we'll fix the item description" or anything. I feel as though they purposely obscured the fact that it is a Draft-N card and priced it like it's a non-draft card. Without any explanation from them whatsoever I will not be using them again. "
